What we process
When you submit the form: name, email, optional organisation, topic and message (including any ticket/programme summary). The sole purpose is answering the enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.
How it is sent
The form is sent to contact.php on this web hosting (Hostinger), which forwards the content as email to [email protected] via the hosting mail system. Messages are not stored in a database and are not logged by the script.
Abuse protection
To limit spam the script temporarily stores a pseudonymous hash of IP address and domain plus a counter (max 5 attempts per 15 minutes). The file sits outside the public folder and is deleted once older than 15 minutes.
Retention
Emails are kept in our mailbox as long as needed to handle the enquiry and then deleted. We do not state a fixed period we cannot document. The hosting provider’s server logs follow the provider’s own terms.
Local storage
We use only necessary localStorage: your cookie choice and your enquiry list. No analytics or marketing cookies, no external fonts or media. Change the choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and object by writing to [email protected]. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Sensitive data
Do not send health information, CVs or other sensitive data. The form has no file upload.
